We are on a fixed income so money is tight. We had a family emergency over the weekend that took all our ready cash and we won't get our SS checks until next week. My husband has to go to the VA hospital tomorrow for several tests and then be fitted for a harness moniter to wear for 24 hours and then go back on Wed. to have it removed. We could reschedule the tests but we would rather not because there may be a serious problem that needs to be treated. The money is needed to pay for gas for the two trips to the hospital.
