Anybody try this diet? Any success? Any problems? Worth trying or not?
I am 5'4" and weigh about 160. I would like to get back down to about 125-135 range. I currently wear a size 12/14/16 depending upon the style and fit. Kind of hourglass shaped. I don't do a lot of exercise at the moment. I have hurt my right shoulder somehow and I'm doing physical therapy with it for the next few weeks. Can't lift anything heavier than a gal of milk. Hopefully, when I get my shoulder straightened out, I will be able to start exercising again. Ie: walking, cardio, weights, etc...
I just wondered about trying the diet along with exercising. If it was worth the price tag.
