I really liked this cookbook. Especially this hardback version that is sturdier than the comb backing.
This book was more realistic in the approach to low fat cooking and had good ol' home cooking recipes with easy to find ingredients. It helped replacing watching and measuring every bit of food you eat. This is food you can serve to guests and even your kids. A great cookbook for low fat eating that tastes good! Recipes are super easy to prepare too!

I bought this book a few years ago, used it to help me in my weight loss and ongoing commitment to heathier eating. It is an excellent book for anyone who would like a heathier alternative to common recipies. The outside paper cover is a tad worn but the hardcover book is in great condition.
