This is her second book which is just as good as the first. After reading her first book I already knew the characters and turmoil involved while this mystery began to unfold. I couldn't put it down. Each of her books has the same characters but a different mystery to solve. Definitley a great read!

Once again, Robin Burcell keeps us at the edge of our seat! I enjoy her complex characters and her hard-nosed look at politics with a police department.

Homicide inspector Kate Gillespie arrives at a location given to her by a snitch, only to see the informer be killed by another cop. From that point on, Kate's life is in danger as she tries to unravel what happened in a corrupt police department and she becomes a target herself.

This is the second book by Robin Burcell, and I enjoyed it as much as the first one. Fatal Truth kept me reading and on the edge of my seat all the way through, and I'm looking forward to reading the third book of hers soon. Burcell is a cop herself, and knows what she's talking about in her very compelling and suspenseful tales.

A fast paced, adrenaline charged story that will keep the reader guessing. Kate Gillespie is a character I can admire and root for. Looking forward to the next book in the series and seeing what develops between Kate and Torrance.

The second in a series starring Lt. Kate Gillespie. Who better to write a story about cops...than an actual cop.
