A great book, but especially so for those of us who are Episcopalians! Tells a lot about being the family of a clergyman.
I love how Gail Godwin is always talking about more than one thing, going deeper. She really captures the characters in this book and I felt like I could relate to them.
OLD FASHIONED NOVEL THAT EXPLORES IMELESS CONCERNS OF FAITH LOVE AND MORALITY. AN ENGROSSINGLY GOOD READ.
I really enjoyed reading this book and I think you will too!
Engrossing story of clergyman father and his daughter who find their way through life together. Wonderful characters deal with issues of faith, love, trust and loss.
I really liked this book. First read of the author. Now I look everywhere for her. This is a great book to read and rearead.
