Mother is crying again. I miss pa so much.
We havint had much to eat and soilders take
what little we have. I don't think pa is coming
back and I go over to ma and hold her crying
to. It has been two years since he has left
and I miss him more every day. Last night
while I was sleeping I could hear him singing
the sweet lullybies I heard as a child. So I
fight for pa, beacuse I know hes not coming
back.

Rest In Peace

A memoral to all soliders that risked their lives in WW1
and all the soilders that didint come back.

How can tears that flow so freely be so silent.

This is great and sad. An outstanding, heartbreaking, but well written poem. Nice work. :)

Almost all of the ww1 soldiers are gone now. Thanks for this tribute.
