About a year ago, I bought an 8" clog free poly shrub rake at Lowe's. It has come in quite handy, as it is just the right size to rake between plants and in other tight spots. Plus, there are no metal tines!

What is your favorite gardening tool? Is there an indispensable tool that you use day after day?

Absolutely. My favorite gardening tool is my husband.

My MIL gave me a TRAKE a couple yrs ago. I really like. Its a little trowel on one end and a little rake on the other.

Mine is the handplow made by OXO. It's got a serrated edge, a root cutter, and has a great shape for hacking around in the clay.
