I'm trying to figure out what stamps to buy at usps.com for my PBS swaps. I'd like to use the fewest number of stamps possible. What combo of stamps do I need for the $2.23 media mail rate?

My guess would be 1 at $1 plus 3 at 0.41 = $2.23.

No APC nearby? You can buy a bunch of single $2.23 "stamps" and not worry about the 13 oz rule either. They don't expire they just have a sold on date, you can use them whenever.
