I found this book to be interesting. It has new information that connects the dots for me. Quite a few A HUH moments while reading. It's the first book on the subject since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I consider it a bible of sorts and plan to keep going thorough it for more insight into the disease that has stolen my daylight hours and brought torturous nights without any sleep.

I have not read the whole book yet, but from what I've read so far, I'm impressed. I've had Fibromyalgia for a couple of years. I've gotten more information from this book than I have from my doctors. I would definitely recommend it.
