I just finished "Vanished At Sea"  - I read ALOT of true crime and all of them have an element of sadness.  "Vanished" brought tears to my eyes.  One of the saddest I have ever read.  There is only one drawback to this book:  Skylar Deleon had not been to trial when the book went to print however, you can google to read his outcome.

I felt the same way Carolyn.  I read so much true crime that most of it doesn't bother me but

I actually cried during portions of that book.   I thought it was a very very sad story..

I found Skylar to be the most evil of all the killers I've read about.  He was so unassuming and his wife even went along with it.  How scary!
