First Person Plural : My Life as a Multiple
Author: Cameron West

This book was amazing! It was written by a man who suffered terrible abuse as a children and how he copes as a married adult with MPD. His writing is really raw and from the heart. To be honest, I pretty much thought of the Cybil example and, therefore, had a narrow view. After reading this book, I really felt I had more of an appreciation of the realities of living with such a diagnosis. I recommed this book.

Have you read When Rabbit Howls by the Troops for Truddi Chase? I thought that one was good as well.

I just read First Person Plural, and liked it a lot. It gave me a better idea of what it's like to live with multiple personalities, although even after reading it, I still find it hard to imagine.
