It is a great tragedy that some American families--and many more Iraqi ones--have made such great sacrifices in response to the fiction of a threat posed by Saddam Hussein's Iraq to the United States. This book documents the repulsive campaign of the Bush Administration which created that fiction and sold it to a trusting and terrified American public.
