I'm fairly new to my Nook, having switched over from Sony a little over a month ago.

I bought a case online, and it is driving me crazy.

My reader doesn't seem to want to stay in it, it is constantly sliding out of bottom corners and makes reading a less than enjoyable experience.

eta: okay 6 tries with photos, I give up. lol. I currently have a red m-edge with leather corner tabs. Sorry for so many edits. Feel a little stupid.

I love the color and style, but functionality is not there. I read with my reader in the case. I like that it  feels like I am reading a "real" book.

I would prefer to find something that is fitted. I have tried ebay, but they all look almost identical on there, and couldn't find many with a fitted style to them.

Style is important too. Hate to let go of my pretty red leather one, but it's making me not want to read because of the struggle with the case.

Can anyone give me any direction on where to look for another case? Preferably online.

I have B&N's gray easel cover..came free w/ purchase and has hard plastic corners and looks great.  40 dollar's..and it's never slipped..you should really check their site out they have prettier ones too :)  Michelle

I guess I was afraid to check on B&N directly because I thought their prices were going to be too high & I was going to have sticker shock. .

I have an M-Edge Trip Jacket for my Nook. My Nook has never slipped out or even moved at all while in the case.

ETA: Apparently I didn't read your post carefully enough. I missed that you already have an M-Edge and have problems with it. Sorry!

LOL That's okay Whippoorwill! I appreciate any ideas. I'm not against the M-Edge as a brand, from what I had read on them, they overall seem to be great. I think I may have possibly gotten a defective one (bottom right corner refuses to hold my case in place).

I'd just like to have one that has more structure to the part that holds the reader than the one I have.

I tried to post photos of it to show what I mean, but ohhh boy what a fail. lol.

I have this one I got on Ebay for $15 and free shipping. I really love it, too! The closure is great because I carry it in my purse often and I don't want it opening up and getting banged up.

If you can swing more money, the ones that have the full bottom support look to be more secure. Like this one at B&N.

I really like it too, but I was hoping to find one that isn't black, otherwise we are constantly grabbing each other's readers instead of our own.

I have only found the like like DH's in black, hot pink (painful on the eyes pink) and an odd shade of brown.

By the way. I think I figuired out why my previous case didn't work so well with my Nook, which by the way was an M-edge executive cover. (Couldn't remember what style it was earlier.).

It was described and sold as a Nook case, but after looking around I'm fairly certain it is a Kindle case. That would explain the trouble. lol.

Return it for refund!

I would love to, but I bought it on eBay.

It's okay, I'll either re-sell it on eBay at some point, or see if my bff wants it (she has a Kindle).

eta: I received my new case today. I absolutely it!! It fits so snugly! Now I cant WAIT to read again on my Nook!

Well from your posts & the others Sounds like its Defective.....so you should still beable to get a refund.   [Or they sent you one for a kindle by mistake]

I bought it over a month ago. You generally have 7 days from receipt to request a refund with eBay sellers. (If they accept refunds at all.)

It's okay, not worried about a refund. I'm just thrilled to have one that fits so perfectly now. But thank you for trying to help. : )
