I just printed postage for a Flat Rate Priority swap box using Paypal shipping (so I could get free Delivery Confirmation), but it only charged me $9.30.  The Post Office website says the shirt-size box (the small one, which is what I used) is $9.80.

Which is right?  Do I need to add stamps for the extra 50 cents?  Will the post office give me trouble over this?  Help!

$9.80 is the price at a post office counter; 9.30 is the cost if the postage is purchased online.
