I thought this was an interesting read. It covers every step of the floral industry, from the plant breeding to the florist shop. I liked that the author not only showed me a view of the conventional flower business, but also included some parts about small-scale operations and family-owned businesses. I'm a high schooler looking into the floral industry, and for me it was a good "see what I'm in for" book- entertaining, yet filled with solid information.
