One of the better books i have read in awhile. I could really relate to this authors way with words. So smooth... the story was just a perfect read, interesting & real, about a man who is a car salesman & spends more and more time on making money, and telling what ever kind of "fib" it takes to make a sale than with his family. He thinks only of himself and does not pay his bills. He sells a lemon that is a few thousand dollars overpriced to his minister and the minister knows what he has done... upon leaving the lot the minister insists on praying with the man in the car lot. He wishs all the "good luck and deals" on the man that the man extended to him. This is my first time with this author and i have gotten on the wish list for all his other books now also. Gave it top stars. Loved it.

Jay Austin did what it took to get ahead and make the quick sell at work. Problem wasthe more successful he was, the more he traded what really mattered. His integrity. His relationship with his wife. His time with his son.

He was chasing things that had no eternal significance. It wasnt until God slowly unraveled everything that he saw how empty his life had become.

Now it will take a courageous heart and a saving grace for Jay to finally turn his drive into a desire for a more authentic life with God as well as with his wife and son.

In a world filled with cheap imitations that distract us from Gods higher plans, Flywheel is a powerful parable for all who hunger to live an authentic life.
