Look like a great and helpful book on eating disorders and maybe a good talking point before it is a problem.

This unique book approaches the topic of eating disorders in a way that can be useful for both parents and kids. Part of the book is written especially for pre-teens, with age-appropriate information that is not triggering. The other section is for parents. I'd suggest it for a young person trying to do research or for a child suffering from eating disorders, because it is much easier to read than the typical books on the subject and doesn't contain shocking or gruesome imagery that could be misconstrued as glamourizing the disease. If your child seems to have some symptoms of eating disorders, grab this book quick!
