This is copy #34 of the 5,000 published.  it is not a guidebook to hiking in the Adirondacks but more of a walking guide with descriptions of sections of the mountains and trails.   He gives local history of the sections. There are some sketchy maps of terrain. He gives info like distances, directions to get there, equipment needed.    An interesting glimpse of the Adirondack Mountains.
