Is there a way to search for (foreign or not) books that are in languages other than English?

You can try searching tags. I often look for books in French for my father. If you just type in French (for example) you will often pull up books with french in the title or dictionary or how to speak books. But they are out there. If you find even one book you can sometimes see the subject heading and search for others that way.

I'm sure someone knows a better way and then both of us will be wiser.
