Saturday, 10 May, is the last day to buy Forever first class stamps.  You buy these stamps at today's price (41 cents) and no matter how high the first class stamps go, you use the Forever stamp and save money!  Monday stamps go up to 42 cents.  (It hasn't been that long since they raised them the last time.

They are going to evaluate every year and then announce if the rates are going up. First class stamps should be the same at least until next May.

Um--at my post office people were asking the clerks about the Forever stamps. Sunday isn't the last day to buy them--it's the last day to buy them at 41 cents each. On Monday you will still be able to buy Forever stamps--they will cost 42 cents each instead.

You are right, they are still on sale, forever. I missed that when I read it the first time.
