Call this treasure hunting adventure thriller an homage to Mel Fisher, who struggled for years and finally conquered the ancient wreck in the seas off Florida, at great cost. Bailey knows his Key West and stars a cast of witty & unusual by "city" standards characters hunting treasure, in this exotic version. The heroes are persistent and the villains are truly villainous and murderous hunts ensue. The author delivers a surprising amount of literary substance and an ironically satisfying ending. If you want an action story underseas, with adventure, humor, drama, romance, greed and archeology mixed in, this is the one for you. Good read.
