As a homeschooling mom I'm always looking for educational places online for my kids.

I just happened to come across a neat site today.

The site is called - http://www.hippocampus.org/

The site like I said is free. It covers a lot of subjects but it looks mainly stuff for older students which is great as my oldest is now 14.

I checked out the history area and they have some videos for teaching kids too.

I thought some of you may find it helpful.

Thanks for the link, Ashley. 3 out of my 4 dc are now highschoolers. There are lots of links for younger children but it doesn't seem like there is a lot of there for older children.

thanks for that link! I have one finishing hs and one just starting, with another several years behind. This will come in VERY handy.
