I picked up Megan McCafferty's fourth comings book this afternoon because it promised to be funny. somewhere along the line my chuckles became belly giggles.

It's very irreverent and blantant about 20 something's love lives in NYC. Who knows if its at all accurate. It's just funny.

Anybody else read this? What else has she got I can read? Who else writes like this?

That is the fourth book in a series.  The first is Sloppy Firsts, the second is Second Helpings, and the third is Charmed Thirds.  Fourth Comings is in my WL, so I am really glad to hear it is a good book.  Some other very good authors are Emily Giffin, Sarah Mlynowski and Caprice Crane. 

I've read all four of these novels and absolutely loved them.  They're on my keepers shelf I thought they were that good.  It series really shows the developement between the characters and are a great read :)

Oh, no! I snagged this one off a library shelf while I'm on medical leave. I rarely have time for the library otherwise.

I hate picking up  in the middle of the series. Is Jessica Darling in all of these?

Yes, they are all about her as she gradually ages.  I believe she is in Junior High or High School in the first one. 

There is even a short story about her that is even before the first book "Sloppy Firsts".  It is in the book "Sixteen" by the same author. 

I can't wait to get home and order Charmed Thirds and Fourth Comings from the library.

I read the first two in high school and I think they are hysterical

I have three, waiting on the fourth, so I can read them all together....can't wait..

I also have the first three and I am waiting for the fourth book before I start reading.  All of the books are w/l books, even the first.
