A fun look inside a top-rated New York City restaurant. More kitchen-talk than anything else, I think this book would have benefited from more front-house stories, but still an interesting, well written book.

This book was fun to read. If you are a "foodie" and enjoy Top Chef or Hell's Kitchen, you'll enjoy this behind the scenes look into a four star restaurant owned by a celebrity chef. Written by a food writer who spent a year at the restaurant.

This is a nice story. I just feel like after about 1/2 the book you get the idea and I got a little bored with the day to day dialogue of being in a restaurant. There were some good stories but I just get impatient.
