I am currently finishing up this book and tonight the cover fell off.  I got this book as part of a deal and it wasn't in great shape to begin with.  I will attempt a re-gluing of the cover and will ship it off to the first who wants to claim it.  It has some yellowing on the edges but otherwise very readable.
