I'm soooo glad to hear this but I'm PISSED at how Arkansas went about it.  No, they won't be getting a penny.  They are still considered guilty legally and WILL NOT be able to seek compensation from the state.  Ridiculous.

Yeah I found it out after posting.I was super POed that Jason had to take the plea or it was off the table for all of them. The biggest bitcher at court the very step father who's DNA was found with his friends at the crime 's location. I hate the politics of this case.
