What exactly is it for in the standard membership? I understand how I accrue free swaps via PBS postage but what can I do with them?

It's my impression that right now they are only accruing for standard members. I thought I had read somewhere that they were considering things standard members could use them for in the future. I think you could also take them with you if you decided to go to a limited membership, thus you would already have x amount accrued.

Right now they are just being counted. We cannot transfer them. Maybe later. But they should roll over if your membership ends.
