Just click the Wish List button under my name (or anyone that has a public Wish List) by my picture (or by anyones). Or click on a person's profile and choose the WL tab. Some members keep their info private for various reasons, but many people who post in the forums have viewable WL's.  I posted a book directly to someones wish list once.

You would just go to their shelf and look at their Wish List. You can search within their list once you enter their Wish List, but there is no way to do a general search and then the results be filtered by friends Wish Lists.

PBS primarily works on a First In First Out basis.  To post books directly to another member than you have to find their WL.  A lot of people use the Buddy/Friends list for this.

thanks! That's exactly what I was asking. Good to know.

I actually asked PBS about this as I thought it would be helpful as I play in swaps of there was a way to search quickly if  a book I owned was on my friends's WL's.  They said it was something they were asked a lot about and is on their list of eventually doing somewhere down the very long line.
