My son has an account on paperbackswap and his account is frozen.  He got a messege when his account was frozen to contact the librarian about books not recieved but he can't get into the messaging area because it's on hold.  What can he do to get his account back on and give the people their credits.

He has to send an email to Librarian@Paperbackswap.com and explain why he's not marking his books received. If you read a few threads in this forum, you'll see why that upsets people so much.

Was his account frozen because he didn't mark books received?  You could also contact PBS on his behalf and ask what he need to do.

My account got frozen once, but when I logged on it still let me send a message to the librarian asking why.  Then they sent me an email telling me I was bad, but they forgave me.  So he just needs to contact them.
