Book #5 of The White Star series. Each book gets better & reveals more about the White Star, the legend, the lives it touches. Daniel is described by the media as "the real Indiana Jones". He is an archaeologist that puts up with the media to draw attention to the importance of digs & to help with funding. Cate is also an archaeologist that has stayed in the strict confines of the academic world & thinks Daniel is giving the profession a bad name. They once worked on a dig together in Mexico where they became more than colleagues. This is a good reunion story while advancing the story of The White Star.

Part of "The White Star" series.

A classic "the one who got away" story. Two archaeologists who first met when students are given a second chance to get it right many years later when they once more meet.

I've enjoyed the continuing story at the beginning of each book in this series which tells the legend of The White Star.
