I've read the Sookie Stackhouse books, and I'm stuck in the middle of the Undead series (can't find Undead and Unappreciated anywhere!), and I'm looking for other similar series.  It's hard to tell from the book descriptions.  Any other funny and sexy vampire romance novels, especially if there are already several books in the series?

Nina Bangs has a funny vampire series that you might like. The first book is Master of Ecstasy.

Oh, awesome.  The main character in her "Guardian" novels has the same name as my youngest daughter -- Aisling.  That's fun.  But those aren't vampire novels, are they?

You might also like the Lyndsay Sands vampire series:

Single White Vampire

Love Bites

Tall, Dark and Hungry

A Quick Bite

A Bite to Remember

Bite me if you Can

and also Michele Bardsley new series:

I'm the vampire, that's why

Don't talk back to your vampire

Hope this helps.  I will let you know if I think of any other books...

Kerrelyn Sparks is good.  Her first one is How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire.  The books after that aren't the same main characters, but they do have recurring characters, if that makes any sense. :)

The Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon is pretty darn sexy. The First book Fantasy Lover isnt actually about vamps but its not all that important to the series if you dont wanna read it. She has a fairly unique take on the vampire mythos.

Also the BlackDagger Brotherhood series by J R Ward is a good one. Its another pretty uniques take.

Kresley Cole's vamp books are sexy.  Carrie Vaughn's Kitty books are funny werewolf stories

I love the vampire books by Amanda Ashley, she also writes historical fiction under the name Madeline Baker, both have great romance plots. Three that I remember the most by Amanda Ashley are: Shades of Gray, Embrace the Night, A darker Dream.

You can find summaries and pictures of the books at: http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/a/amanda-ashley/deeper-than-night.htmUnfortunately, (I have never ordered from that site, I only looked up the summaries).

Unfortunaely, I have loaned all of my copies out and no one has returned any, my girlfriends keep swapping them with each other. If none are listed on PBS, call a local book consignment shop in your area and ask if they can order some new copies for you, I found out that the resell shops receive a cheaper price than Barnes and Noble.

* But be warned, I lost many nights of sleep due to these books, they are rather addictive!

Enjoy!

The Stephanie Rowe books are good - I think I have some of hers on my shelf - but they may not be vamp books. Tate Hallaway has a good series, and Candace Havens as well.  I think I have a Kassandra Sims vamp novel too.

You may want to try Tall, Dark and Dead, by Tate Hallaway (as Sharon said above)......It's about a witch who falls for a Vampire....cute story!

I'm almost done with Bitten & Smitten by Michelle Rowen. It's hilarious. The next one is Fanged and Fabulous.

I second the Aisling series by Katie MacAlister, no vampires but still very funny.

Also I just finished the first Anita Blake book and it was great, too. I can't wait to read the second one!

BTW I have an unpostable Undead and Unappreciated. Very slightly cleaved in the front and 2 pages have a light liquid stain.
