3 PTS. VINEGAR, 4-1/2 QTS. HOT WATER, 1-1/2C. SUGAR. BRING TO BOIL. PUT 1/2 CLOVE GARLIC IN BOTTOM OF JARS AND SMALL AMOUNT OF DILL SEEDS, THEN FILL WITH CUCUMBERS, FILL WITH BOILING  VINEGAR MIXTURE. SEAL JAR.
