We think it's best to start simply: That's why our first section of this book (pages 6-11) is devoted to storage units and accessories. You'll be pleased at how much even a few hooks, racks, and bins can do.
For specific belongings, we've included an item-by-item storage section (pages 12-59). Filled with ideas, it's an alphabetical showcase that tells you what to do with items -- outdoor furniture, sports equipment, bicycles and workshop supplies -- that may be stumbling blocks in your storage path. The section also contains special features about auxiliary storage areas -- the patio, deck, and garden shed -- and a feature on storage safety. A special section is also included to organize trailers, RVs and boats!
Crowded garages, stuffy attics, and wet basements receive in-depth treatment in the back of the book (pages 60-79). Here, we explain ways to remedy some of the more complicated but common problems of garage, attic and basement storage.
