This is an awesome cookbook for those who want both traditional and more daring recipes for vegetables. It contains both vegetarian and not vegetarian recipes; when the recipes are not vegetarian there is often instruction on how to alter to make it vegetarian. It is broken down by season and further broken down by vegetable so it is very easy to use. We love this cookbook in my house. With the exception of baba ganoush, Andrea Chesman has never steered us wrong and I've probably made 20 or so of these recipes. Highly recommend this book!
