The Gardener's Companion (hardcover in a calendar format with pictures, advice, plant suggestions. It is very pretty, and in a giftable condition. Was a giftt to me, but I am never going to be that kind of gardener, writing when the saffron crocuses bloomed and when I put in the snow peas. Though I do like to read about them!)

Topiary and the Art of training Plants. Too bad there's no photo because this is a really beautiful book.

The Earth Shall Blossom: Shaker herbs and Gardening.

The Bird Lover's Garden (again, another really nice book. BUT I am have over 25 feet of shelving stuffed with gardening books, so I am trying to be ruthless! It's hard, but I will be slowly adding to this post as I give them up. I probably should list them on amazon, but I really like these books, so who knows who will get them if I send them out in the cold world.)
