Excellent book that will have you scouring your local Market Bulletin every month--hoping to find an eccentric plant grower who can tell you gardening lore from 100 years ago. Ms. Lawrence writes with an apparent love for gardening and for the people who do it. Best of all, you almost envy her experience with some of these wonderful gardeners.
