I purchased a few cookbooks from Borders and Barnes & Noble a couple of years ago with the best of intentions, but I hardly ever cracked them open because I have SO many other recipes to try.  I'm doing some cleaning and posted these very good/almost new cookbooks to my shelf!  For those who are interested:

I'm not offering any deals on the cookbooks because they're heavy (esp. the low-fat one, ironically LOL), but thought I'd shine the spotlight on them for a bit!  Thanks for looking ...
