A historical mystery series set in Imperial Rome. Wisharts Marcus Corvinus really existed, although the author takes the necessary license that writers of historical fiction can and must take to tell a compelling story. Corvinus is given the assignment (by Empress Livia, no less) to discover who really killed Germanicus, heir to the empirical throne. Fun reading for those who cant get enough of sword and sandal Rome.
