Do I have the right to request a book be sent back to me if it doesn't meet the receiver's perception of their conditions or do you roll the dice and lose in the ongoing battle or RCs?

You can request it back, but they are not obligated to return it to you, and you need send them a credit to cover the postage. Here is the link to the help documents pertaining to this situation http://www.paperbackswap.com/help/help_item.php?id=344 Last Edited on: 5/6/09 6:59 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Did the receiver mark the book RWAP? You can ask for the book to be returned, however according to the PBS Help Center, you would need to cover postage for the receiver to send it back, either in the form of a credit, or some other way that you work out with the other party. The receiver is not obligated to return the book if he/she does not wish though, so they may decline your request. |
