I use to get pm's tell me about a book that was received or not received, also about this that or the other.  I am now not getting any pm's at all.  I checked my settings and I should be getting some.  Anyone else having this problem?????

Nope.  Did you do any sort of computer updating lately-change your settings in your email service, update virus protection and such?  Sometimes after I've done some computer updates, some of my PBS emails get sent to the junk folder and I have to re-mark them as not spam/junk.

You can also check your Club Communications link (found in My Account) a copy of every email PBS sends goes to that page as well, so if there are messages there that didn't arrive in your email, then you know it's a problem with your email/computer and not PBS. 

E-mails or private messages?  I stopped getting e-mails about 18 months ago.  After a few weeks of no e-mails,  I logged in and realized I had several red Xs on my transaction log.  I contacted PBS, but they couldn't explain why.  I had nothing in my junk mail.  After 2 days of going back and forth, I magically started getting e-mails again, though no one found anything.  I try to log in every couple of days now. 

If you see the email on your Club Communications page, then that means PBS sent it and the problem is with your ISP. Lots of ISPs lose a lot of email.
