I'm interested in getting Books 2 and 3 of a series (I've read book 1) and I'd like to get them from the same person, if possible.

So far, I've tried ordering each book and then looking through the other books that person has available but neither of the people who I'm getting the book from have the other book.

Obviously, I'm not in a hurry to get these books (it's not like I don't have books to read!;)) but I know I like to be able to get multiple credits from one mailing (to lower the cost per credit) and I'd like to do that if I can.

Is there some way to find out if two books are posted by the same person using just the book titles?

And, if anyone out there has Meg Cabot's "Size 14 Is Not Fat Either" and "Big Boned" -- those are the two books I would like to get. They're not on my wish list (yet) so PM me and let me know if you would be willing to send them to me and I'll add them to my wish list so you can be my "fairy godmother."

Thanks.

You aren't allowed to ask to be moved ahead of the WL line.  So if they are WL books there's nothing you can do except wait for them to be posted.  That and to keep checking the Is This On Your WL threads in their genre and the Multiple WL books Thread in the Book Bazaar.

If they aren't WL you could try searching boxer shelves. You don't have to be a boxer to search their shelves.  Or you can post in the BB what you are looking for.  I know if hte Love/Romance thread there is an Is This On Your Bookshelf thread as well and their might be in the genre of those books.

I have had good luck asking for books on the Bazaar thread.

Thank you for those tips -- I'll have to do that. when I'm ready to really read the books. (I plan to join Msright in trying to reduce my TBR pile in 2010.)

I would recommend just requesting them and not worry about getting them both from one person. With one of them having no copies available you most likely won't get a deal and the other only has 4 available. It might take longer to find someone to send them both than to just request the one and get it and wishlist the other.
