Like it or not, Hedge Funds are a significant part of today's financial marketplace. Even if you are not seeking to become a Hedge Fund manager, many aspects of today's workplace are affected by the operation of thousands of individual hedge funds.
If you are new to the workforce, if you are a student soon to graduate, or if you are applying for a job with a company who services/sells to hedge funds, than this is a great resource.

It gives you the background on the industry, simple english like explainations to common terms, and a solid understanding of how these firms operate.

Anyone who wants to have a simple, everyday understanding of Hedge funds would find this well written book helpful.

Enjoy.+
