Has anyone read any books by Gilbert Morris? A friend of mine loaned me the Wakefield Dynasty books, but I know nothing about them. I hate to start a big series like this if it's not going to be worth it, you know? My TBR pile is already over 100.

Michelle - I started collecting the House of Winchester series (40 books) for my daughter. His books are generally classified as Christian / Inspirational fiction. You might get more feedback about his works in the Christian forum.

I was thinking they were more christian/historical fiction..I've heard good things but since they seemed historical I'd always shied away from them though I have been getting my feet wet with historicals lately!
