Just finished this book and found it very helpful! I am a woman considering a career change and this book gave me a lot of direction and suggestions to achieve success! One of the earlier exercises in the book had me reflect on my previous jobs and asked what I liked and what I didn't like, and I discovered some very interesting things I do like that I never even realized! My favorite quotes from the book come from a woman the authors interviewed named Linda Briety, who says, "We may be more comfortable being stuck and complaining about it. Beware the victim archetype", and "Stagnation is not good for the soul". A great book for all women who need a career change!
