This book was helpful to me while I was recovering from a broken heart. I think what I liked best about it was that it begins with what to do immediately following the breakup when you are in serious crisis mode. After helping you through the period where you either want to cry yourself to death or beat someone to death, it advises you on how to truly take care of yourself by pampering YOU and caring about YOU. I can recommend this to any of you experiencing a broken heart.
