I just received an email saying 'a friend' gifted me a credit so I fired off a PM to her with a thank you......then got curious as I hadn't seen my credit balance go up.........nope, no +1 residing in my credit registry so I went back to today's email and the action is dated 29 March 2014!   So copied and pasted it all in a msg using the 'contact us' function.  this is 4 different 'glitches' on my account alone in less than a week!

Did you look in your Club Communications to see if PBS sent the email today? It could be that it isn't the site sending it now, but your email provider just letting an old email loose out of a spam filter.

Hmmmm, after communicating with the friend, we confirmed I had been notified by PBS via email last March when the gift of a credit actually occurred. My spam folder is emptied regularly and my email provider doesn't move spam to my inbox, nor have any PBS emails ever ended up in my spam folder. So still a quandary........ 

I almost never look in the 'communications' tab here, but you are right........no record that the email was sent this year by mistake.
