My best friend is Gluten Intolerant, too. I'm sure you've already Googled gluten-free receipes, but if you haven't, there are some good ones out there.

As a side note, we just discovered that PF Chang's has a Gluten-Free Menu! YUM!!

Take care, Rita.

Wish we had one of those!!!! My favorite resturant was applebees because they had a gf menu, BUT they stopped that because there wasnt enough demand.

yep most of my recipes are from online. It's been a life saver. Im just BORED to death of food and looking for somethings new to make eating Fun again and not a chore. To be honest Im to lazy to spend hours cooking when i can cook some chicken and salad in a few mins.

I think I may head to the other board and see if they have anything new easy and exciting. Thanks Rita, When we travel i'll check out PF changs.

Have you heard of the Daring Bakers?  They have a number of Gluten-Free blogging members (there is an "alternative" section at the bottom of this page, and has links to gluten-free blogs).  I'm not gluten-free myself, but some of these blogs are really wonderful - and might have different recipes from the top Google results.  Good luck!
