The author survived depression, severe manic episodes, and near-death. Mental healing blended into spiritual healing with strengthened beliefs. Practicing unique psychiatric exercises promoted physical changes to the brain for curing the author s bipolar disorder. A connection between unique physical exercises and mental healing has been discovered. Muscles and the brain grow in ability only when briefly stressed to limits. The author has not had depression or manic episodes for over 14 years - a true cure. Exercise has been clinically proven to heal depression better than antidepressants. Reacting to conflicting exercises, stress-release sensations from repressed trauma memories provided guidance for healing exercises. Sensations migrated, decreased in energy, and became more pleasant over the years. Manic, insane, and healing experiences also provided guidance for healing readers disorders. Freedom from manic insanity is worth any price. Models provided insight for healing subconscious processes. Holistic healing required inner study and spiritual guidance. When attempting to complete his first book, Emotional Mind Modeling, the author received unexpected, inner, and shattering words from God. These words were more believable than any words heard or read and inspired spiritual focus. Spiritual models begin with creative models of nothing which exploded into the universe and God 15 billion years ago. Nothing models had sufficient properties to create God and the universe, and evolve the universe and man. Creation refers to God s time and perspective. Evolution refers to man s time and perspective. There are similarities between biblical and science or cosmology models of creation of the universe. Nothing modeled before time includes creation of God as the beginning of time. To understand a famous architect or artist, we study his work and what others have said or written about his life. If we wish to understand God, we read what religious leaders and writers have said about Him. We must also study His work the universe, and spiritual messages we have personally received. The author s major sources are science and the Bible. Models of the mind and God are similar. Activities in the brain create the mind. Recursively, the mind controls the brain. Activities throughout the universe create God. Recursively, God controls the universe. God gave of Himself to create the universe including man. God controls electromagnetic resonances throughout the universe. His resonances synchronize with our mental resonances to promote spiritual consciousness and sometimes words. Mental electromagnetic resonances control voice muscles that can form human words. Throughout history spiritual leaders and writers have truthfully, falsely, or selfishly interpreted God s resonances into words. For centuries Christian leaders have interpreted Jesus work to meet needs of the church, its leaders, and to control followers. God s properties, communications, and relationship to man are modeled. Nuclear reactor modeling skills were used to model God and prove His existence. Recurring physical and probability activities in nature can be modeled as laws in science. We must have faith in God and ourselves to do any non-recurring activities.
