This is a job search (and more) book for a woman who is returning to the work force after being home (i.e. SAHM) for a period of time. It is NOT a book for women returning to their old jobs from maternity leave. I bought it thinking it was the latter, so it was not useful for me. But it seems to have good ideas for the women for whom it was intended.
