Try this Sandy.  Click on your Post Books tab, and enter one of your wishlisted books.  If names of friends pop up, write them down.  Then do the same for the next two books.  Cross check your list and see if any of your friend's names appears in all three lists.  If so, you might wish to pm before posting three books to their wishlist...1) many people are out of town for the next several days and could miss the 48 hour acceptance window...2) some members do not keep that many credits on hand.  I've learned the hard way to check before posting multiples unannounced...b/c if the other member declines any (or all) of the books they go FIFO to multiple members.

If you post multiples to friends through the Gold Key option on your Post Books tab, the PBS system will group them together same as if you posted directly to their wishlist.

I recently posted books to friends.  I would post one, and if I had another on their wishlist I would pm and ask before posting additional books to them.  Two of the three replied yes, the third will time-out in a few hours (so glad I didn't post multiples that will now be seperated).

I always PM before I post any book at all directly to a friend. Even if it's just one.  Some people have to carefully plan credits. If they're #1 on several books, I don't want to mess them up by posting a WL to them that they're way back on the line for and not expecting for awhile.  I would hope the same courtesy would be applied to me.

ETA: and yes you get that one time "not now" option on WL books. But it still seems unfair to me to make someone choose to use that when they're far back on the line and weren't expecting a WL offer on it anytime soon.

Well if you know they have a lot of credits and everything on autorequest than it's probably OK just to post it to them.
